Construction of walkways and guardrails for offshore aquaculture platforms
Cooperation Background:
A new breeding platform was built at a deep-sea aquaculture base, requiring walkways and guardrails for aquaculture personnel to work. The platform needed to withstand seawater immersion, salt spray corrosion and typhoon impacts, while being lightweight and easy to install.

Solution:
Lightweight stainless steel gratings were selected for the walkways. Plug-in guardrail design was adopted to enhance protection, the surface was treated for anti-slip, and modular production adapted to quick offshore installation.

Cooperation Results:
The platform installation efficiency was improved by 50%, no rust or deformation occurred after 4 years of use, it successfully withstood 2 typhoon attacks, and the operational safety and efficiency of aquaculture personnel were significantly enhanced.
