Construction of chemical corridor crossing platform
Cooperation Background:
A new pipe rack project in a chemical industrial park required the construction of an overhead platform spanning 15 workshops. It needed to adapt to complex pipeline layouts, while bearing the heavy load of maintenance equipment and corrosion from acidic gases.

Solution:
Customized steel gratings with reserved holes were made according to the pipeline direction. Thickened materials were used to improve load-bearing capacity, double anti-corrosion treatment enhanced weather resistance, and modular production enabled quick installation.

Cooperation Results:
Delivery was completed 10 days ahead of schedule. No dimensional adaptation issues occurred after installation, the structure remained stable during the 2-year service period, and it became the designated solution for subsequent projects in the park.
