Q：How do you control the quality of your gratings?
A:To ensure high quality, we use advanced production lines and inspection machines. We strictly follow manufacturing requirements and have numerous certifications.
Q：What’s your raw material?
A:Our raw materials are Q235 carbon steel and stainless steel, and we can also use materials specified by the customer.
Q：How do you calculate the area of each grating?
A:a. For regular shape grating, the area equals to length multiplied by width of grating, including the area of holes and notches.
b. For irregular shape grating, the area is that of the steel grating before cutting, instead of the area of irregular shape grating.
Q：How do you control the quality of the products leaving the factory?
A:The QA team will do testing and record each step, from raw material purchase to finished product delivery, to ensure that each step is traceable and materials entering the next program are 100% qualified.
Q:How about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 1-2 days, mass production usually within 10-25 days after determining the customer's requirements.
