In the steel grating production process, loading and shipment is the final and most important stage, directly connecting the factory with our customers. Today, we take you inside our workshop to show a real loading operation of steel grating products.

First, you can see that the finished steel gratings are neatly stacked in the dispatch area. All products are covered with protective film and securely reinforced with high-strength packing straps. This ensures structural stability during handling and long-distance transportation, effectively preventing scratches, deformation, or surface damage. Our standardized packaging process reflects our strict quality control and attention to product appearance.

Next comes the loading stage. Our workers operate professional lifting equipment for safe handling. Using yellow overhead lifting hooks and heavy-duty slings, entire bundles of steel grating are lifted smoothly and accurately positioned into the container. The whole lifting process is guided by experienced operators to ensure every move is stable, controlled, and safe, minimizing any risk during loading.

Inside the container, workers carefully adjust the final positioning to maximize space utilization while ensuring the cargo remains stable during transit. Before loading, each shipment undergoes strict secondary inspection, including quantity verification, packaging condition checks, and additional reinforcement if needed, ensuring every order is delivered correctly and securely.
